What we collect

Things you give us

When you claim an offer on this site, we ask for your name and phone number. If you tick the box, we also record that you agreed to receive text messages.

When you use the chat window, we keep what you type, along with any name or phone number you share in the conversation.

When you contact Madison directly by text, call, or Instagram, we keep those messages the way anyone keeps their messages.

Things collected automatically

Google Analytics tells us how many people visit, which pages they look at, and roughly where in the world they are. It uses cookies and records a shortened version of your IP address. It does not tell us who you are.

Microsoft Clarity records anonymised playback of site visits — where people scroll, what they tap, where they get stuck. It's set to strict masking, which means anything typed into a form is hidden from the recording.

Both tools help us understand whether the site is working. Neither is used to identify you personally.

When you book

Bookings and deposits are handled by Square, not by this website. When you book, your details go to Square directly. What Square does with them is covered by Square's own privacy policy, not this one.

Who else can see your information

We use a small number of outside services to run the studio. Each one only sees what it needs to do its job:

We do not sell your information, and we never will.

Text messages

If you ticked the box asking to hear about last-minute openings, Madison may text you occasionally. Not often — she's one person running a studio three days a week.

To stop, reply STOP to any message, or just tell her. That's it. You'll still be able to book normally; opting out of texts doesn't affect anything else.

Ticking that box is always optional. You get the same offer either way.

If you're under 18

This site is meant for adults. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us their information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Madison does work with teenage clients. If you're under 18, please have a parent or guardian involved when you book, and don't sign up for text messages without their say-so.

If you're a parent and you'd like your child's information removed, just ask.

How long we keep things

• Offer signups: until you ask us to delete them, or two years without contact, whichever comes first
• Chat conversations: roughly one year
• Analytics: handled by Google's and Microsoft's own retention settings
• Booking and payment records: kept by Square under their policy, and as long as tax rules require

Your choices

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what we have about you
• Correct anything wrong
• Delete it
• Stop texting you

Just contact us using the details below. We'll get to it as fast as a one-person studio reasonably can.

Cookies: you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may work less smoothly if you do.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends one of these signals, we treat it as a request to opt out of analytics tracking.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
