These policies keep the studio running smoothly for everyone. By booking with Madison, you agree to all three.
Deposit Policy
A $15 deposit is required for all appointments. No deposit, no appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after the 24-hour window will result in a forfeited deposit.
Late Policy
Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a late fee, and after 15 minutes your appointment may be treated as a no-show, forfeiting your deposit.
